InDemand Interpreting, the leading provider of medical interpreting services focused on bridging the language gap for LEP and Deaf patients, has named 25-year health care veteran Mary Kate Salley to its leadership team as Vice President of Account Management and Client Experience.
Salley brings a long history of delivering world-class customer experiences throughout the health care industry, including previous roles with Alere Wellbeing, WebMD and DOCTORS, Inc. In her new role, she will focus on delighting our customers from the initial implementation of video remote interpreting as well as on-going stellar interactions and services to best support the clinical teams and the patients they treat.

Prior to joining InDemand Interpreting, Salley served briefly as Vice President of Client Operations at WebMD following its acquisition of Avado. Additionally, she served as Executive Vice President at Alere Wellbeing (formerly Free & Clear) overseeing both service delivery and client services, leading a team of more than 300 service delivery and client services personnel.
She serves as an independent senior consultant to Centers for Disease Control, Office on Smoking and Health in the area of tobacco treatment and prevention. Salley holds a bachelor’s degree from Washington State University.
