InDemand is the first video remote interpreting (VRI) provider to offer barcode scanning to increase clinical efficiencies and improve VRI workflow. InDemand IDScan, enables clinicians to save time by scanning the patient’s identification wristband to electronically capture the Medical Record Number (MRN). Use of IDScan increases the accuracy of the MRN information that is logged for each encounter.
