Interpreting Products

Working with our clients, we continually analyze their needs and design solutions that specifically support language access in every clinical setting. InDemand Interpreting is 100 percent focused on healthcare, providing both spoken language and American Sign Language (ASL) interpreting to over two million patients and their providers 24 hours a day, seven days a week and 365 days a year.

Supporting Better Communication

Our VRI solution delivers high-quality, high-definition video and audio to enable better communication between patients and providers to support better outcomes. InDemand currently offers 200 over the phone languages and 25 VRI languages at the touch of a button and anticipates expanding more languages over the next 18 months.

Medical Interpreters

We recognize that the skill and dedication of our InDemand Interpreting team is critical to supporting an exceptional experience for your patients and ensuring their safety. InDemand interpreters are focused solely on medical interpretation and are among the most qualified in the industry.

InDemand has unparalleled standards when it comes to our interpreters. All of our interpreters are nationally certified by either the Certification Commission for Healthcare Interpreters or the National Board of Certification for Medical Interpreters or work to become certified within six months of joining our team. Additionally, 100 percent of our American Sign Language (ASL) interpreters are credentialed by the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf, and, on average, have more than seven years of experience.
