At InDemand Interpreting, we believe every patient in any medical setting should receive the highest quality healthcare, regardless of language, cultural background or disability.
InDemand Interpreting is a technology-enabled language services organization committed to improving the performance of our clients’ language access programs. As a leading video remote interpreting (VRI), provider solely dedicated to the Healthcare industry, our vision is to ensure that every patient receives the highest quality healthcare, regardless of language, cultural background or disability.
Founded in 2007, by a Seattle-area technologist, and his wife, a medically certified Spanish interpreter, the two envisioned a way to leverage technology to meet an increasing need for medically qualified interpreters in healthcare. This commitment has taken InDemand from a start-up in Wenatchee, Washington, to one of the leading video remote interpreting (VRI) organizations in the country. Today we serve approximately 800 healthcare organizations nationwide and have assisted millions of patients and providers in strengthening their conversations and improving care.
By delivering the most experienced medical interpreters and highest quality video technology, we offer healthcare providers language access that ensures compliance, drives more effective operations, and increases access to higher quality care for limited English proficient (LEP), Deaf and hard of hearing (HOH) patients.
